Medicine Walk
Reconnecting with Plant Relatives
Service Description
Step outside and immerse yourself in the world of plant medicines with a guided Medicine Walk. Whether in a garden, park, field, or forest, these walks are an opportunity to slow down, observe, and connect with the plants that grow all around us. Together, we’ll explore the identities, uses, and teachings of various medicinal plants—learning how to recognize them, where they thrive, and how they support our well-being. We’ll also discuss traditional harvesting protocols, honoring the plants through respectful and sustainable gathering practices. Some walks take place in my personal medicine garden, which has been carefully nurtured over the years to cultivate a variety of plant allies. Whether in the wild or in a cultivated space, these walks encourage a deeper relationship with the land, reminding us of the wisdom, healing, and teachings that nature generously offers. Join us to reconnect with the land, listen to the stories of the plants, and walk in a way that fosters balance, gratitude, and awareness.
